Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Open the BothSides app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Manage Membership.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel.

You’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

1. Open the BothSides app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

If you can’t access the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete My Account" and include the email address linked to your account.

I forgot my password
